Bunk Beds

Logan and Cora have officially been moved into bunk beds. It allows for a ton more space in their room for them to play. Cora went right into her new bed without any fuss and has been sleeping there since. I'm totally surprised! The day we put up the new bed we went shopping for Cora's new bedspread and sheets. I picked a girly one out and Cora spotted Elmo. Elmo won out. It was on sale...what a bargin shoppper. So, to compromise I picked out girly sheets. Cora will also throw out all her pillows and animals minus her big elmo. She's in love with Elmo. We ended up not putting the ladder up for Logan and that seems to be working really well. He can't get down and pester Cora now. :)

Cora Cuddling and Being Silly

Cora is either on the go or in a cuddly mood. Ben and I both got a bit of cuddle action and I managed to get a picture of Cora with her pacifiers. I normally can't get a good picture when she puts both of them in because if she sees the camera out they come. She can be so silly sometimes. She also will put her pacifier in and attempt to suck her thumb. She has such and oral fixation going that I'm not sure how I'm ever going to take them away.

Princess Logan

For my birthday the girls at work decorated my work station and gave me a tiara to wear. (yes I did wear it) If Cora isn't wearing or toting it around then Logan is. I get some pretty funny looks from people, but he doesn't know the difference and thinks he looks good and is cool. Plus, who wouldn't want to wear a shiny tiara that had blinking lights?

Dressing For Work

Cora has become such a daddy's girl and stives to be just like him. Lately she screams bloody murder when he has to go to work in the morining. Until the time arrives for him to go to work she is pretty much glued to his hip. Recently, she has become interested in "dressing up" like him too. Ben was getting dressed and she decided she should be getting dressed in his clothing too. I tied a knot in his boxers so she could prance around in them. It was pretty cute.

Straws are Awesome

Logan is in love with straws and I'm thankful that the dollar store carries huge bags of them. Lately Logan and Cora can be spotted, at any given time, hovering around the table sipping away. I've had to ban Cora a little bit because she tends to forget there's no lid and she can't carry it everywhere. I think both of them look so much older in the pictures.

View of Mountains

The mountains here are georgeous. It reminds me of a beer commerical or label. I took these on scenic drive in my new car. I don't have pictures of it yet, but I will as soon as I wash it (it is white). On my birthday we purchased a Dodge Journey. It is really nice and has the third row seating. We love it and are looking forward to taking it on our first family vacation next weekend. We are going to Salt Lake City.

Bubble Mania

Ok. Forever since I've posted anything I know...oops. I had Ben take a picture of Cora in the tub. Cora requested to have a bubble bath and boy did she get one. I filled the tub a bit too much (I was also in the tub so all was safe) and I couldn't believe how many bubbles we had. Cora was in heaven with them up to her neck.
